This Sunday's training session will be at the Club ... they will get dirty that’s guaranteed.
Start time – 12:30 through to until 2:30 - We may finish a little earlier the Scotland v Ireland 6 Nations game is on the telly.
The forecast is looking like it is crisp n dry and cold … so wrap them up well, a few layers of cloths under the rugby shirt to keep warm.
Please do not forget …. Fluids, gumshields, Change of clothing for after training.

Please can we also ask, do not drive up to the Club house to drop off or collect – we have a lot of young kids running about now.
